02Panel sizing
Accurate cutting for dependable assembly
Large boards are sized for each cabinet component so adjoining panels and hardware positions can align correctly.
03Edge finishing
Sealed, clean and consistent edges
Prepared panels receive machine-applied edge finishing for a neater appearance and protection at exposed board edges.
04Surface bonding
Controlled pressing for selected finishes
Where the specification requires it, boards and surface materials are bonded under controlled pressure before machining and assembly.
05Assembly & quality checks
Units checked before leaving the floor
Dimensions, finish direction, edge quality, hardware and unit references are reviewed before protective packing.
06Dispatch
Factory-direct delivery to your project
Completed components are grouped by room and installation sequence, then scheduled directly for delivery and fitting.
